LIGHT CODES

Premiere June 27, Kalemegdan, BELEF 2019

Light Codes is a transmedial street show, which is specially ambience designed for Kalemegdan Park. Light and algorithm are as old as civilization. As a universal principle in manifestation, we view light as intellect, and sunlight as direct knowledge. We explore new futuristic forms of light symbols, new codes in theater, through thinking about the survival of the planet in the future. During 2019, the Mimart Theater celebrates 35 years of work with the Algorithm 35 event, and the light is a symbol of glory, splendor and joy. The codes are related to the algorithm, so the name was created by the synergy of the phenomenon of light and the algorithm.
